Adam trains height safety, confined space, tower access and rescue, wind turbine and undertakes a variety of contracting and supervisory roles. As well he is involved in the business, product and training development of the company.
Adam has been leading height safety and confined space projects for over 10 years. In that time he has gained extensive skills and expertise supported by numerous qualifications. This background gives him the credentials to provide leadership for many workplace safety matters; for example: risk management and safe work practice using his knowledge of WHS legislation, framework and compliance, as well as his first hand experience.
Adam has worked with a range of clients from heavy engineering firms, nuclear research, construction and property developers, utilities and local, state and federal government departments. His projects include work on the Channel 9 tower, development and delivery of an access system for the ANZ stadium and the development of the associated rescue plan. He has also audited the height safety systems for the Young Endeavor tall ship.
Adam has delivered training packages for the Australian Nuclear Science and Technology Organisation (ANSTO) as well as lead the inspection of the nuclear reactor’s anti aircraft collision cage at ANSTO.
Education and qualifications
Adam has qualifications in workplace training and assessment; confined space; height safety and rigging; rope access; vertical rescue; auditing in WHS. He is also a cabinetmaker by trade.
