COVID-19 UPDATE NOTICE

Effective 8:00am 22nd April 2020

Dear Customers,

Due to the ongoing demand during the COVID-19 situation, we have increased our store hours back to  8:00am - 4:30pm weekdays - this is for order collections and counter service only. Please note we are observing the social distancing rules so no browsing the shop, just order collection or order at the door. We do request all orders are PLACED and PAID for by Phone, Email or Online before attending the shop to minimise social contact time with our team.

Please call to arrange a pick-up/collection time for your order (02) 9966 9070 .

We will continue to ship online orders as long as Government Restrictions permit or until our suppliers run out of stock. Thank you for your ongoing support.

Dear Customers,

Due to the ongoing impact of the COVID-19 situation on business costs and overheads, effective immediately, we are suspending our 'free shipping' on larger orders until further notice. We still offer our very reasonable $9.90 shipping on all orders.

Dear Customers,

As part of our ongoing processes to manage the COVID-19 situation, effective April 6th we will only be opening our shop for order collection/pick-up only on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays until further notice.

If you require an emergency collection outside of these days, please call 02 9966 9070 to make an appointment.

Dear Customers,

We hope you are well and that you, your family and business are getting through the current COVID-19 situation.

As you’re no doubt aware, the COVID-19 virus is having an impact upon many people and businesses, with the situation changing on a daily basis. With that in mind, THS needs to change some procedures to ensure that as much of our customer service can remain in place for you and that we can continue to serve you to the best of our abilities.

Social distancing measures are recommended by all government agencies. Consequently, we will reduce our face to face service and operate on a skeleton staff in the office and shop. The remainder of staff will work from home.

We have placed increased importance on attention to personal hygiene by both office and shop staff and in particular, contact with clients and during the packing, labelling and dispatch of orders.

For "in shop purchases" it is now necessary to pre-order items and pay for them and then arrange for "collection at the door". This could be done by:

THS will not be able to offer credit through this period. We ask that all orders are prepaid via credit card or direct debit before stock is dispatched, or collected from the shop.

As the situation stabilises, hopefully in the near future, we are very much looking forward to returning to business as usual.
