ART LockJack Alert

ART have released a bulletin regarding a possible issue with bolt torque on the ART LockJack.

During the end-of-production quality and safety checks of the Lockjack, ART have found, in some instances, that four of the securing bolts in the device were not tightened to the required torque rating of 6 - 7.5 Nm (53 – 66.4 In-Lbs). Due to the varying torque measurements recorded, some under 4 Nm, it is possible that these bolts could loosen under certain conditions.

ART have listed a series of serial numbers which could be affected by this, and have stated that these items must be inspected prior to use.
