Orders are dispatched within 2 business days of payment being received by THS and shipping times are estimated at between 3-10 business days depending on your location within Australia. Orders are shipped from our Artarmon store, but delivery times are subject to Australia Posts delivery schedules.
International shipping is not currently available from the online shop. Please contact sales@ths.com.au if you wish to place an order from outside Australia.

If you require an item which Total Height Safety does not have in stock, we will obtain and quote you an updated price and estimated shipping time to get the item in stock. This price may differ from what is displayed on the web, as supplier prices are subject to change without warning.
If you order an item which becomes out of stock by the time THS processes your order, we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.
Please note that we supply our online store and our physical store from the same stock, so occasionally we can run out of items even though we had them in stock at the time of ordering.
Total Height Safety make every attempt to ensure all pricing information and product content is correct. Occasionally errors or omissions may occur due to data supplied to us by manufacturers being incorrect or a data transfer issue from our systems to the website. Our website inventory is updated each evening so occasionally inventory online may not reflect exact inventory on hand. We will refund any order that is affected by an error or omission made by Total Height Safety – this may include an obvious price error or error to product description or specifications.

We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. Standard delivery timeframes are between 3-10 business days; in the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.
Please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the website or doesn't do what it is supposed to do. Due to some safety regulations, Life Support items are not typically allowed to be returned or exchanged, this includes items such as harnesses, ropes, webbing, lanyards and so on - so please choose carefully.

We do not pass on/sell/trade any of your personal details with anyone. We use this information to identify your orders, provide you with our monthly newsletter (if applicable) and to personalise your shopping experience with us; that's all. Cookies sent to your computer from Total Height Safety only last while you’re browsing our website. We do not store persistent cookies on your computer.
