SAYFA SL227 PILOT STOP USE NOTICE

This safety alert relates to the SL227 PILOT Traveller issued within the period from June 2018 to August 2019. Due to a manufacturing issue, there is a concern that the SL227 Traveler could dislodge from the cable when in use.

You are required to immediately remove the PILOT Traveller/s from service as notified by your Installer and return these units to your system installer who will then arrange for the units to be checked and exchanged immediately. Batch Numbers of units related to the recall. (June 2018 – August 2019)
