This notice is for the correction of the partial opening problem for FAST automatic buckles on SEQUOIA and SEQUOIA SRT tree care harnesses manufactured before July 2016 and originally identified in May 2016.

The remedy is relatively easy, Petzl will send you compliant leg loops that you can replace on your harness.
In Australia you will need to email support@spelean.com.au with
And they will issue you with a Return Authroity Number and send you the required replacement parts.
