Shipping policy

We deliver products Australia wide using Australia Post eParcel.

Our standard freight rates are $12 for orders up to $249 and $20 for orders $250+. We charge $40 for heavy/bulky items such as Rolls of Rope. Prices will be displayed in your cart. 

Orders are typically dispatched within 2 business days of cleared payment being received by THS and shipping times are estimated at between 3-10 business days depending on your location within Australia.

This time frame excludes public holidays and office closures (i.e. Christmas, Easter, Australia Day) and is subject to Australia Posts terms & conditions. Office closures are listed on this site and include all Legislated NSW Public Holidays.

We will provide tracking links for you to track your parcel once despatched with Australia Post. This tracking data and its subsequent updates are provided by Australia Post and outside of our control.
