Beaver Brands has learned of a manufacturing labelling error for the BK061215TRAD (B-Safe Tradie Roofers Kit). The attachment strap (BP03101.5) & lanyard assembly (BS010115A-TRAD) had been incorrectly labelled. Any roofers’ kits purchased between the dates of 2nd March 2022 to the 20th of March 2023 may have this error. We take the safety of our customers very seriously and are taking immediate steps to rectify this issue. This error could result in incorrect usage of the attachment strap being used as a pole strap.
Beaver Brands advises that the only part codes applicable are those indicated on the notice and any other part codes are not affected within the kit. Should you identify a faulty kit, contact Beaver Brands directly to arrange the replacement attachment strap & lanyard assembly or alternatively the kit can be returned to Beaver for a full replacement.
Beaver Brands customers are advised to immediately inspect your BK061215TRAD (B-Safe Tradie Roofers Kit/s) to identify if the serial number/s are within the sequence provided.
